Required Documentation for Customs Pickup

What Documents are Needed?

To facilitate the customs pickup and onward shipping of your goods, we'll need the following documentation:

  • Commercial Invoice: A detailed invoice showing the value of the goods, the seller, and the buyer.
  • Packing List: A list of all the items included in the shipment, including their weight and dimensions.
  • Bill of Lading (B/L) or Air Waybill (AWB): The shipping document issued by the carrier.
  • Customs Entry Documents: The paperwork filed with customs authorities in the country where the goods are being held.
  • Power of Attorney (POA): A document authorizing us to act on your behalf in dealing with customs. (We may provide a template for you to sign.)
  • Import License (if required): If your country requires an import license for the goods, you'll need to provide a copy.
  • Any other documents required by customs: This may vary depending on the type of goods and the import regulations of the country.

How to Submit Your Documents:

You can submit your documents electronically through our online portal or by emailing them to [Your Email Address]. Please ensure that all documents are clear and legible.

Important Notes:

  • Incomplete or inaccurate documentation can cause delays.
  • We may require additional documents depending on the specific circumstances of your shipment.
