Tracking Your Assisted Shopping Orders

Stay informed about the status of your orders with our easy-to-use tracking system.

Accessing Your Order History:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on "Order History" in your dashboard. [Screenshot of "Order History" link]
  3. View your past and current orders. Each order will be listed with its corresponding details and status.

Understanding Order Statuses:

  • Pending Approval: Your shopper is reviewing your request and searching for products.
  • Shopping in Progress: Your shopper is actively shopping for items based on your request.
  • Quote Available: Your shopper has found items that match your request and is awaiting your approval of the quote.
  • Awaiting Payment: You need to make a payment for the approved quote.
  • Processing: Your payment has been received, and we are preparing your order for shipment.
  • Shipped: Your order has been shipped, and a tracking number has been provided.
  • Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered.
  • Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled (either by you or by [Your Brand Name]).

Tracking Your Shipment:

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).

  1. Click the tracking link in the email. This will take you directly to the carrier's website.
  2. Enter the tracking number on the carrier's website to view the current status of your shipment.

Receiving Notifications:

You'll receive email notifications for important updates regarding your order, such as when your request is being processed, when a quote is available, when your order has been shipped, and when your order has been delivered. You can manage your notification preferences in your profile settings.
